You will play a vital part in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our horses while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient barn environment. All work is paid, and we value your dedication and expertise. Duties Assist with daily horse care routines including feeding, watering, grooming, and general husbandry Clean stalls, paddocks, and barn areas to uphold safety standards and maintain a hygienic environment for animals Handle horse safely during turnout Operate farm machinery such as tractors, and equipment for maintenance or pasture management Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving feed bags, hay bales, while adhering to manual handling safety standards Skills Proven experience with animal husbandry and horse handling in an outdoor farm setting Ability to operate heavy equipment such as agricultural tractors, and side by side with spreader attached Skilled in manual handling techniques with an emphasis on heavy lifting and safe animal management practice This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a lively environment where your skills directly impact the health of our animals and the efficiency of our farm operations.
