Job Description

3C Farm is a family-friendly equestrian facility offering horseback riding lessons and boarding. We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as barn and farm help. This hands-on position provides the opportunity to work closely with horses while assisting with the daily operations of the farm. Whether you're caring for horses, maintaining the barn, or helping with general farm tasks, your contributions will play an important role in creating a safe, clean, and well-managed environment. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, is eager to learn, and wants to gain experience in the equine industry. Call Pam Cornett at 513-899-2730 (no texting) Responsibilities Muck stalls to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the horses. Assist with daily horse care, including feeding, turnout, and monitoring horses' health and behavior. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of barns, stalls, tack and storage areas, and workspaces. Perform general farm maintenance and other duties based on experience and ability. Qualifications Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and help. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience handling horses is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
