Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hog Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oakwood. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pmSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase in 90 DaysADDITIONAL PAY
