Hatch Team - 3rd shift

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a team member to join our 3rd shift Hatch Team at our Hatchery 2 plant in Oakwood.

SHIFT HOURS

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00pm - 4:00am. Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 8:00pm - 6:00am

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.45 with the potential of increasing to $18.70 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Transferring eggs and pulling hatch as instructed Cleaning and/or disinfecting processing room, walls, holding room, incubators and loading bays.
