Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand/Equipment Operator to join our team. This position focuses on field work, equipment operation and general farm labor. Duties Operate farm machinery such as tractors and skid loaders Attach, detach and adjust implements as needed Perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on farm equipment and machinery. Assists with equipment setup, adjustments and cleaning. Load, move and distribute farm material Follow safety protocols while performing lifting, manual handling Experience Previous experience working on a farm or in an agricultural setting is desired Familiarity with operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, skid loaders and farm implements. Ability to perform physically demanding work such as lifting and manual tasks over extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Understanding of safety standards in agricultural production environments to ensure a safe working space for all team members
