In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis crops within an indoor facility. Experience not required but must have a desire to learn and work with cannabis. Must have OMMA credentials. Must be willing to drive to Purcell, OK if not local. Responsibilities Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting of plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yield. Maintain facility cleanliness and organization. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crop handling, pest control, watering, and environmental adjustments to ensure consistency and quality. Operate hand tools and horticultural equipment safely and efficiently during daily tasks. Required Traits Strong work ethic. Works well within a team setting. Desire to learn. Self-motivated.
