• Responsibilities
• As a Cultivation Tech, you will play a vital role in our success by maintaining plant work and schedules in our veg rooms, flower rooms, or greenhouses. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Conducting room checks to ensure irrigation schedules and environmental parameters are met.
• Performing plant work such as pruning, defoliating, cloning, and transplanting.
• Assisting in mixing tanks, harvesting, cleaning, and planning.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve data-driven results and support brand growth.
• Cross-training and learning various aspects of cultivation and the industry.
• Collecting measurements on plant growth, runoff, environmentals, etc.
• Delivery as needed

• Monday
• Friday position.
• Rotating weekend schedules may be required.
