$33, 280 The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure irrigation systems operate efficiently and effectively. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or related field experience Knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and piping systems Ability to diagnose and repair irrigation system issues Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes Must be dependable with regular and punctual attendance Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver' s license and maintain a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems Troubleshoot controllers, valves, wiring, sprinkler heads, and water distribution issues Perform seasonal system startups, inspections, and repairs Operate hand tools and equipment safely Identify opportunities for system improvements and water conservation Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Schedule Monday through Friday Day Shift 7: 30-4: 30 with overtime possible Saturdays if needed Full-Time
