Wage:

$16 to start Sick pay: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours per calendar year

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be 21 years or older with a valid OLCC Cannabis Worker Permit 1 year of trimming experience in a licensed facility Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time Must have reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Trimming, bucking and other plant pruning activities Help with harvest by cutting harvested plants down to hangable lengths, hanging plants, cleaning or performing other harvest activities as assigned Perform periodic cleaning and facility maintenance as assigned by a supervisor Trim

AT LEAST 1

pound per day while meeting Siren's strict quality control standards Efficiently and accurately separate A buds, B buds and trim according to Siren standards Assist in the garden as needed (defoliation, harvest, etc.) Maintain a clean work area
