Through meticulous trimming and harvesting, our team has a reputation for consistently providing top shelf product. You'll be responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting the production process. If you're passionate about premium cannabis, this role is perfect for you! Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to meet quality standards, ensuring optimal appearance Assist in harvesting processes, including trimming, and bucking cannabis buds according to SOPs Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with managers to ensure efficient production and adherence to schedules Qualifications Must have verifiable cannabis trimming experience. Must have and maintain valid OLCC permit Familiarity with pest management, and quality control techniques Ability to handle garden tools effectively and safely Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs accurately Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
