What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
- General farm support tasks: watering plants, maintaining greenhouses, harvesting plants, feeding chickens, and other tasks assigned
- Quarterly deep clean all spaces and equipment
- Master harvest and curing process schedules
- Trim flower to top shelf standards
- Process, weigh, and package for sale (hash, flower, etc.)
- Tracking with Metrc
- Identify and propose production efficiencies
- Always consistent with safety regulations
- Communicate daily production adjustments or concerns to leadership to ensure environment is safe, clean, and optimal
- Construction of greenhouse endwalls and other optimizations
- Weekly cleaning, sweeping, disposing of trash, and completing closing check list
- Other tasks as assigned Requirements
- Maintain hyper focus while performing repetitive tasks
- Positive, problem solving attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 21+ years old
