• General farm support tasks: watering plants, maintaining greenhouses, harvesting plants, feeding chickens, and other tasks assigned
• Quarterly deep clean all spaces and equipment
• Master harvest and curing process schedules
• Trim flower to top shelf standards
• Process, weigh, and package for sale (hash, flower, etc.)
• Tracking with Metrc
• Identify and propose production efficiencies
• Always consistent with safety regulations
• Communicate daily production adjustments or concerns to leadership to ensure environment is safe, clean, and optimal
• Construction of greenhouse endwalls and other optimizations
• Weekly cleaning, sweeping, disposing of trash, and completing closing check list
• Other tasks as assigned Requirements
• Maintain hyper focus while performing repetitive tasks
• Positive, problem solving attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 21+ years old
