General Farm Labor Job Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work quickly with hands
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time (>10 hours per day)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stand, sit, walk, reach, climb without limitations
• Ability to climb on and off equipment, using both hands and feet, without limitations
• Ability to withstand extreme environmental elements including rain, snow, sun, wind, heat, cold Job Responsibilities
• Lift pipe from ground or trailer, carry variable distance across fields/dirt terrain and set on the ground
• Push/pull wheel lines into place and/or across fields
• Stand at conveyor belt for extended periods of time picking out potatoes with both hands as they move along belt
• General physical labor including digging, digging samples, raking, weeding, sweeping, shoveling, hammering, etc.

• Trabajo físico general que incluye cavar, extraer muestras, rastrillar, desyerbar, barrer, palear, martillar, etc.
