Trimming Contractor - Ripped City Gardens (Craft Cannabis)

Part-Time / Contract (2-4 days per week; potential to scale to Full-Time)

Portland, OR (In-Person) The Opportunity We are Ripped City Gardens , a long-standing craft cannabis company known for secure work, consistent quality, and the highest standards. We aren't looking for a "seasonal hustle"—we want experienced trimmers who take pride in precision and craftsmanship for the long haul.

Schedule Note:

We are currently offering 2 to 4 days per week depending on production volume. This role has the potential to scale into a consistent Full-Time position for the right individual.

Support:

We supply trim trays, gloves, and jars (you provide your own scissors). Our Standards (SOPs) We value "Victory Loves Preparation." Our process is designed for top-shelf quality:

Technique:

Trim on the stick/stem only. No side-blading, no nug shaping, and no pile trimming.

Efficiency:

Must be able to trim 30 lbs per month or more (approx. 1.5-3 lbs per day).

Separation:

Must keep stems, fan leaves, B-buds, and trim strictly separated.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional trimming experience.

License:

Current OLCC Cannabis Worker Permit is

REQUIRED.

Output:

Proven ability to hit weight targets without sacrificing craftsmanship.

Tools:

You must provide your own clean, sharp scissors.

Reliability:

Reliable transportation and a commitment to follow SOPs to the letter.

Physical:

High manual dexterity and the ability to sit for 8-10 hour shifts.

Age:

Must be 21+ years of age.
