A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
Groundworks Services is seeking a detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to support our production team by maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace. This role focuses on sanitation, organization, and supporting production through consistent execution of cleaning and operational tasks. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, and workspace Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production facility Support packaging and inventory processes, including stickering, boxing, and counting What You Bring Some kitchen, food production, or similar hands-on experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid problem-solving abilities Ability to manage regulated inventory with accuracy Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency Experience in cannabis, food, or beverage production preferred Current Food Handler's Card required Ability to obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit Must be at least 21 years of age Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods in a production environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs multiple times daily Comfort working on hard-surface floors and around production equipment Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with noise and activity Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety glasses Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods as needed Why Join Us?
