Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, part‑time cultivation assistant to support day‑to‑day operations at our cannabis farm. This role is ideal for someone with prior cannabis experience who is comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and can be flexible with scheduling. The position will start at 2-3 days per week, 4-6 hours per day, with the potential for increased hours. Key Responsibilities Assist with pre‑harvest tasks, including fanning and general plant preparation Participate in harvest activities such as cutting, bucking, and processing plant material Perform post‑harvest and facility cleaning, including room resets and sanitation Help with plant load‑ins and movement of materials throughout the facility Apply foliar sprays and other treatments as directed, following proper safety and compliance procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Follow instructions from cultivation leads and adapt to changing daily priorities Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in cannabis cultivation or a similar agricultural environment Familiarity with plant care, spraying practices, and basic cultivation workflows Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible days as needed Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with potential for expanded hours in future Our cultivation facility operates as a family-run commercial greenhouse , and our team is an extension of that family dynamic. We take pride in working closely together, maintaining open communication, and supporting one another to ensure the success of the operation. Because of the size and structure of our business, there will be times when you will need to handle tasks independently or work alone in certain areas of the greenhouse. This means being reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your responsibilities without direct supervision. Working in a family business also means understanding and respecting the unique dynamics that come with it — flexibility, teamwork, and mutual respect are key. Everyone on the team, including ownership, contributes to the day-to-day work, and we value individuals who bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. If you appreciate a close-knit environment, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that truly cares about the plants and the people, this is a great opportunity to grow with us
