Store Helper - Allentown, PA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

• Greenhouse Merchandiser
• to maintain the appearance, health, and organization of plants and related merchandise in a retail greenhouse environment. This role focuses on plant care, product presentation, and supporting a positive customer experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Receive, stock, and merchandise live plants and greenhouse products according to company standards + Water, prune, deadhead, and monitor plant health daily + Rotate inventory and remove unsellable or damaged product + Follow planograms and seasonal layouts to ensure attractive displays + Maintain cleanliness and organization of greenhouse and sales areas + Assist with signage, pricing, and promotional setups + Provide basic plant care guidance to customers when needed + Work safely while lifting, moving carts, and handling equipment + Communicate inventory or quality concerns to supervisors •Qualifications•+ Ability to work in a greenhouse environment (heat, humidity, outdoor conditions) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods + Strong attention to detail and time management skills + Dependable with ability to follow instructions and work independently + Previous retail, merchandising, or plant care experience preferred but not required + Flexible availability, including weekends and peak seasonal hours •Skills & Competencies•+ Basic plant knowledge or willingness to learn + Strong work ethic and positive attitude + Good visual merchandising skills + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment •Why Join Us?

• Pay Details:

• $16.
