Redeemer Valley Farm | Huntingdon Valley, PA Redeemer Valley Farm is a unique, mission-driven regenerative farm of the Sisters of the Redeemer. We're looking for an experienced Livestock Caregiver to join our team and play an important hands-on role caring for our dairy goat herd and chickens while helping us build healthier animals, healthier soil and a stronger farm community. What You'll Do Provide daily hands-on care, feeding and health management for our dairy goats and chickens Milk goats and maintain clean, sanitary milking operations Assist with kidding, breeding and newborn animal care Manage rotational grazing and pasture health Maintain barns, fencing, equipment, bedding and compost systems Support egg production and weekly farm-market activities Maintain animal health, breeding, milk and grazing records Work closely with the Farm/Dairy Coordinator and volunteers What You'll Need 2-3+ years of livestock experience , ideally with dairy goats or in a dairy operation Knowledge of animal husbandry, low-stress handling and livestock health Understanding of regenerative agriculture, rotational grazing and soil health Experience with milking systems and farm equipment A genuine respect for animals and sustainable farming practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather Valid Pennsylvania driver's license This is an opportunity to do meaningful, hands-on work in a farm environment where animal care, regenerative agriculture, sustainability and community all come together.
