Summer Farm Maintenance

We are looking for one individual for the summer to help with a variety of projects around the farm as well as normal farm maintenance such as mowing and weed whacking. Individuals should enjoy working outside, take pride in their work, and have the ability to work together with other maintenance team members to complete tasks.

Responsibilities to include:

Mowing fields, alleyways and lawns Weedwhacking fencelines and around buildings Painting wooden fences using electric paint sprayers Spraying fencelines with weed control Simple repairs on farm buildings including barns and sheds Some help in the barn with simple horse care/stall cleaning Landscaping Tasks Building Repair Applicant should have a general knowledge of how to operate basic equipment such a lawn mower, weedwhacker, and various hand tools. This position is ideal for a college student looking for summer work. Position will primarily be M-F 8a-4p but will sometimes require some weekend (Saturday) work. This is a

position that will run through Mid-August.
