  • Full-time, Contract Overview Join our dynamic team as an Irrigation Technician and become a vital part of maintaining vibrant, healthy landscapes!
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems that keep lawns lush and gardens thriving. Your expertise will ensure efficient water use, optimize landscape health, and support overall landscape maintenance efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your mechanical skills, and contribute to beautiful, sustainable environments throughout the year without the worry of being laid off during the slower season. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when necessary. Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform timely repairs to residential homes and commercial properties. Assist with lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure overall landscape health and aesthetics. Use mechanical knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and controllers for optimal performance. Support landscaping projects by operating construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of system inspections, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with the landscaping team to implement horticultural best practices for healthy plant growth. Experience Proven experience working with irrigation systems in landscaping or construction environments. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, piping, or sprinkler components. Ability to lift 50+ pounds without assistance, bending, pulling, and perform the job in all weathers

heat. Hands-on experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators. Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscaping techniques is a plus. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system troubleshooting and repairs.
