Position Overview:

Elite Coastal Landscaping is seeking an experienced and dependable Irrigation Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can handle irrigation installation and repair projects from start to finish, ensuring reliable water systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Install new irrigation systems, including trenching, laying pipe, setting heads, and connecting to water sources
• Diagnose and repair existing irrigation system malfunctions, including leaks, coverage issues, and control panel problems
• Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers and smart systems
• Perform necessary system blowouts and winterization procedures
• Operate company truck and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and materials used
• Communicate clearly with crew leaders regarding job status and material needs
• Adhere to all safety protocols on job sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in irrigation installation and repair required
• Proven ability to install and troubleshoot complete irrigation systems from start to finish
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of backflow prevention, pipe sizing, and sprinkler head selection
