Assist guests with accurate information and excellent service. Answer questions, give suggestions on their landscape project and show plant material. Work with fellow Landscape Specialists to cover all areas of the nursery lot. Help with any immediate tasks that may arise. Assist with the unloading and organization of multiple weekly truckloads of plants. The Sales Lot and or General Manager will at times require help with watering, pruning, and fertilizing inventory. Ability to work in an at-times seasonally fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The nursery is weekend-focused, so they are included full-time requirements. Horticulture degree is preferred. Extensive plant knowledge a must.
