A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Weed Control/Fertilization. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Salary plus Weekly Production Bonus. Earning Potential is 36,000
  • 55,000.
You will be responsible or providing lawn care service to residential and commercial customers by making applications of fertilizer and herbicides.
Regularly required to:
  • Walk on uneven surfaces or climb stairs for an extended period of time.
  • Lift up to 60lbs independently.
  • Push and pull equipment.
  • Drive equipment safely. What you will do
  • Complete certification and continuing education requirements.
  • Explain to customers the expectations for services and conditions. Noise level
  • Moderate Adverse Conditions
  • Subject to outdoor weather conditions which may include extreme cold, heat or wet conditions.
  • Subject to exposure to animals and insects.
  • Regularly exposed to chemicals using appropriate safety equipment.
  • Occasionally work near mechanical or moving parts.
All personnel may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
