We are a growing company and are looking to develop anyone with the energy to provide effort for the company that is willing to help. We're hiring a reliable landscape enhancement crew member

• WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE

• to help with upgrade projects at residential and commercial properties around San Antonio.

This position is for someone who has the ability to work, be strong and want to learn beyond basic mowing and maintenance. Our enhancement crew handles mulch and rock installs, new bed work, edging, planting, some carpentry, tree work, small drainage and irrigation projects, learn to operate machines and equipment or come in and demonstrate your ethic to provide for yourself or your family. There is other outdoor improvements, like pressure washing and similar duties but your getting paid to workout. If you like working with your hands, can follow a plan, and take pride in clean finished work, we'd like to talk. What you'll be doing Install mulch, gravel, decorative rock, soil, sod, and plants Build and reshape landscape beds Install metal, stone, brick, concrete, or plastic landscape edging Assist with small retaining walls, flagstone, paver, and stone projects Help with fence repairs, gate repairs, and light carpentry work Assist with deck repairs and other exterior improvement projects Use hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, wheelbarrows, and basic landscape equipment safely Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and trailers or truck Keep job sites clean throughout the day and leave every property looking finished Work outdoors in the San Antonio heat and changing weather conditions What we're looking for Energy or muscle for landscaping, hardscaping, construction, fencing, carpentry, or outdoor labor Mulch, rock, edging, planting, stonework, pavers, fences, or decks is a strong plus Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. repeatedly, including bags of mulch, stone, timbers, and tools Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew and around clients or the public Able to take direction, work efficiently, and pay attention to details Valid driver's license is preferred; ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus Must have reliable transportation to get to the shop What we offer Full-time, steady work Weekly pay Pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity to learn hardscape, irrigation, carpentry, and installation skills Room to grow into a lead or foreman role for the right person A crew that values good work, respect, and showing up ready to work, you will always get your 40 hours, and overtime is available.

Pay:

$700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
