Job Summary:

Hidden Hills Ranch is looking for a reliable and hardworking Exotic Ranch Hand. This part-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a ranch clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll be responsible for general ranch maintenance, animal care, and assisting with hunting operations/transportation, all while enjoying the rewarding work of managing a thriving property. Please note that reliable daily transportation to and from the ranch in Caldwell, TX is required.

Key Responsibilities:

General Ranch Duties:

Feeding and maintaining whitetail and exotic animals. Upkeep of pens, supplies, and general housekeeping.

Grounds Care:

(The Bulk of the Role) Mowing, shredding, and weedeating. Repair and maintenance of equipment, fences, feeders, and water sources.

Guest Services Assistance:

Supporting hunting operations and assisting guests when needed.

Animal Care & Transport:

Transporting animals and setting up traps as needed within Texas.

Qualifications:

Experience operating a dozer (preferred, but not required). Clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from the ranch. Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. Capable of working independently and efficiently. Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including the Texas heat. Experience pulling trailers greater than 30 feet. (preferred, but not required).

Position Details:

Part-time:

15-20 hours per week.

Pay:
