Job Description:
This job consists of providing general overall support of the Taxidermist's needs. Work includes skinning and boiling, prepping tanned skins and forms, inventory organization, etc. Experience helpful but not required. Must work as a team and help with various day to day tasks. Shop based work environment Responsibilities/Skills
  • Skin and boil new drop offs.
  • Prepare skins, horns, and form for the taxidermist.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Organizational skills needed
  • Knowledge of basic tool/knife etiquette
  • Knowledge of basic safety procedures
  • Respect for wildlife and ethical guidelines
  • Able to keep a clean and sanitary work space
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
