Maintain irrigation management by setting up and adjusting irrigation systems according to crop needs and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform garden trimming, landscaping, and lawn care to uphold the aesthetic and health standards of the farm environment. Follow crop pest management protocols to prevent infestations and ensure healthy plant development Requirements Prior experience in growing or cultivating plants, trees, or crops is highly desirable. Familiarity with irrigation systems, agricultural environmental control systems, and greenhouse cultivation techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions. Basic math skills for measuring soil amendments, water volumes, or planting spacing. Knowledge of plant identification, crop production practices, and gardening techniques. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor tools such as shovels, pruners, and hoes. Strong attention to detail in following SOPs for planting, watering, pest control, and maintenance activities.
