Growing Operation Team Member Covington's Nursery & Landscape - Rowlett, TX Covington's Nursery & Landscape is looking for a dependable and hardworking Growing Operation Team Member to join our team! Our Growing Operation is responsible for producing quality annuals and perennials for our nursery and wholesale customers. This is a hands-on, outdoor/greenhouse position where you will help care for plants throughout the growing process. What You'll Do Plant plugs into containers and trays Water and maintain annuals and perennials Monitor plants for proper growth and overall health Trim, clean, and maintain plants as needed Move and organize plant material throughout the growing operation Help prepare plants for sale and customer orders Maintain clean and organized growing areas Assist with seasonal planting and production Follow proper plant-care and safety procedures Assist with other Growing Operation tasks as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors and in greenhouse environments Able to perform physical, hands-on work Able to work in hot and changing weather conditions Detail-oriented and able to recognize plant-care needs Works well independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous nursery, horticulture, greenhouse, or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Covington's? Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
