San Antonio, TX 78222 — In Person Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a licensed and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining residential and commercial irrigation systems throughout the San Antonio area. We offer consistent full-time hours, $270 per day, paid time off, Monday-Friday scheduling, and opportunities for growth with an established company. What You'll Do Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems. Diagnose irrigation issues involving leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, wiring, water pressure, and other system components. Perform irrigation system inspections and adjustments to promote proper operation and water conservation. Dig trenches and install, repair, or replace irrigation piping and components. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Work alongside landscape crews on irrigation and landscape improvement projects. Explain irrigation system operation and basic maintenance to customers. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, inspections, and completed work. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work site. Provide professional and courteous service to residential and commercial customers.
Qualifications Required:
Valid irrigation license. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work, including digging and trenching. Reliable transportation to and from our San Antonio office. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with residential and commercial irrigation systems. Valid driver's license. Experience with irrigation controllers, valves, wiring, and system diagnostics. Landscape maintenance or landscaping experience. Knowledge of irrigation installation, repair, and water-efficient system operation.
