We are seeking a dedicated & DEPENDABLE person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Willing, have good attitude, and have experience in doing outdoor work. Prefer some knowledge of both power and hand tools, farm & ranch work, and yardwork. The candidate must enjoy working outdoors & making things beautiful. == This may be a good job for a Mature, or Retired Person, or a young person just starting out. ( Preferably Male), Who enjoys Working Outdoors, who has a good Work Ethic, and wants to Learn

• Retired/ X-Military Encouraged.
• If you have a Criminal Background We will Consider you for work, depending on severity, frequency, & How Recent such was.

Responsibilities:

• Help w/ day to day ranch work, and keeping equipment in good repair, fences, feeding cattle/ making hay.
• Helping owner w/ grass planting jobs.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Use power tools as needed.
• Maintain garden areas by planting flowers and shrubs
• Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
• Utilize hand tools for various groundskeeping duties
• Keep outdoor areas clean and organized
• Keep flower beds neat
• Basic Maintenance of Facilities & Outdoor fixtures, pool, lighting, exterior fences,
• Some Basic Ranch-work
• Fixing fences/ Feeding Cattle/ Basic equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Prefer Previous experience in ranch/ farm work, groundskeeping or lawn care
• Proficiency in using power tools for landscaping tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical stamina to handle outdoor work environments
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces
• Flexible individual, who can adapt to changes in weather, or B&B needs.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, utilizing your skills to help run a ranch, and grass planting business, as well as enhance the beauty of our surroundings. This is a regular job that can range between 30-40 hrs/ week. Some weekend work is needed; although, the schedule may differ slightly, based upon job needs.
