Irrigation Technicians Job Summary Perform basic irrigation tasks such as assisting with troubleshooting and repairing filters, pumps, and pipes. Learn to test water chemistry and adjust chemical feeds under supervision to maintain sanitary conditions. Support preventative maintenance efforts by conducting routine inspections. Assist in operating and maintaining the central irrigation control system. Contribute to maintaining a green campus by helping with simple tasks related to irrigation systems. Closely adhere to industry and university best practices and safety requirements. A current driver's license may be required.
