Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure pristine grounds. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Identify various plant species, including native plants, and assess their health to recommend appropriate care or pest control measures. Manage plant pest control using pesticides responsibly while adhering to safety regulations and environmental standards. Assist with planting, pruning, and cultivating a variety of garden beds and lawns to promote healthy growth. Communicate effectively with Philip, regarding landscape plans, maintenance schedules, and ongoing care needs. Qualifications Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping is highly desirable. Familiarity with horticulture principles, plant identification, and growing techniques. Hands-on experience operating power tools and groundskeeping equipment safely. Knowledge of pesticide management, plant pest control, and irrigation systems. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Climbing ability for tree trimming or elevated landscape tasks is a plus.
