If this sounds like you, keep reading to discover how you can become a vital part of our team! Learning on the Job As the Lead Technician, you will work both independently and as part of a team. You will assess residential and commercial irrigation systems using our proven System Efficiency Score® (SES) and Commercial System Assessment® (CSA) sales processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advance to an Operations Manager position, where you will lead a team of technicians, modeling the Conserva Way and coaching them to excel in the business. Lead Technician Responsibilities Delivering excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and building strong relationships. Ensuring all work is performed safely and following industry standards and regulations. Planning, organizing, and overseeing irrigation projects from initial design to completion. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management. Assisting with hiring, training, and evaluating irrigation technicians. Providing cost estimates or quotes for irrigation projects. Developing and coaching new and existing technicians on skill proficiency in the following areas: Troubleshooting and repairing valves and manifolds Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers Enhancing and adding to existing systems Installing micro and drip irrigation systems Installing advanced sensors and flow sensing equipment Utilizing the SES® and CSA® to identify efficiency opportunities and upsell the customer Maintaining accurate records of system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities in the CRM system Benefits and Compensation Support and training for industry certifications, including CIT and CLIA Career advancement opportunities A great work environment with a team atmosphere Fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology $25 - $30 per hour + bonus opportunities Cell phone allowance Field tablet provided Qualifications 3+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required Clean driving record Results-oriented Motivation to earn production bonuses Positive attitude with a desire for growth Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions This is your chance to join a fun, exciting team that loves working outdoors and making a difference in the community.
