Job Description

Overview Looking for the right individual to join our team. We are a sport horse facility so previous experience with such caliber horses is a must. Must be able to work weekends. Good communication skills required. Ability to follow directions and guidelines. The horses always come first for our clients. Would love someone who cares for horses as much as I do. Duties Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, and health monitoring to promote their well-being. Assist with horse handling, and haltering for safety and proper development. Maintain clean and safe barns, paddocks, and surrounding areas by cleaning stalls, repairing fences, managing manure removal, checking waters, wellness checks on all horses daily, and scrubbing buckets. Write up a daily report if asked Medicate horses as instructed Experience Previous experience in agricultural or farm settings is highly desirable. Proven animal husbandry skills with a focus on horse care and handling techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity while maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions. First aid knowledge a must Ability to handle sport horses ranging in ages from yearling to senior
