What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
Maple Wind Farm (MWF) is a livestock farm founded in 1999. We produce pasture-raised, non-GMO chicken, eggs, pork, and turkey in Richmond and Bolton, VT and operate a USDA-inspected processing facility that serves 30+ small producers in 6 Northeast states. Our growing on-farm store stocks our entire range of products alongside dairy, healthy staples, unique snacks and more from Vermont and the Northeast, and we run a robust wholesale and home-delivery program.
