As a Cultivation Technician 1 at Satori, you will assist with the day-to-day care and maintenance of cannabis plants. This is an entry level role suited for candidates building skills in cultivation. You will work under close guidance to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across all phases of cultivation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plant Care:

• Perform foundational tasks (planting, watering, pruning, trellising) with guidance.
• Observe and report plant health issues promptly to senior staff.

Cultivation Processes:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various cultivation processes.
• Support cultivation strategies as directed to optimize growth and yield.

Environmental Control:

• Monitor room readings.
• Assist with routine checks and basic adjustments as instructed.

Hygiene and organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere to hygiene and PPE protocols.
• Assist in facilities maintenance and upkeep as needed.

Harvest and post-harvest activities:

• Participate in all harvest and post-harvest activities as needed including harvesting, drying, bucking, and trimming.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by the Cannabis Control Board.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant horticulture or agriculture certification is a plus.
• 0-12 months in cultivation or related field.
• Basic understanding of plant care and cultivation techniques.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements in the cannabis industry.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
