Starting at $20/hour About the Role This is an opportunity to join Vermont's premier indoor living soil cannabis cultivation operation. We're a small, craft-focused team growing flower that competes on quality, not volume, and we've built a system designed to produce at a high level, harvest after harvest. We're looking for a Grow Technician to do the daily work that keeps that system running. This is a hands-on cultivation job: watering, defoliating, maintaining canopy, transplanting, and harvesting, day in and day out, to a high standard. You'll work as part of a small grow team under the Grow Manager, with plant strategy set by the Head Grower. Living soil rewards consistency and attention. The best people in this role notice things: a plant that's drinking differently, a room that feels off, a task that didn't get signed off. Responsibilities Carry out daily grow tasks: watering, defoliation, canopy maintenance, transplants, and harvest Follow SOPs and the grow schedule, and sign off on completed work Apply soil amendments and inputs as directed Keep grow rooms clean, organized, and sanitary Monitor plants and environment and report problems to the Grow Manager early Maintain accurate records in shared task-tracking tools Follow all Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB) regulations and facility procedures What Success Looks Like Tasks done right, on time, and signed off. Rooms you'd be proud to walk anyone through. Problems flagged the day you notice them, not the week after. Qualifications 21+ years of age; able to obtain and maintain Vermont CCB work credentials Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable with sustained physical work: long days on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and harvest weeks that demand real stamina Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written procedures closely Commercial cannabis cultivation or horticulture experience a plus Living soil / organic growing experience a plus Compensation Starting at $20/hour Full-time Schedule Full-time, alternating weeks: Monday-Friday one week, Monday-Wednesday plus Saturday-Sunday the next Occasional off-hours as the grow requires How to Apply Submit a resume and three professional references.
