Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Trimmer and Day-to-Day Assistant, where your energy and attention to detail will help cultivate high-quality cannabis products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment focused on sustainable growth and meticulous plant care. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the health and appearance of our plants, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. If you're passionate about horticulture, outdoor work, and hands-on farming, this position is perfect for you! Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to enhance their appearance, potency, and overall quality Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, pruning, and harvesting support Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through plant identification skills Support irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules are maintained Use hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment and grow areas Help with greenhouse management, including cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing growing spaces Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move plants, soil bags, or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment Experience Prior experience in growing cannabis or other horticultural crops is highly preferred Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, or landscaping is a plus Knowledge of gardening, farming practices, or outdoor land management enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with lawn care, agriculture techniques, or mechanical tools will support your success here Ability to identify different plant species and recognize signs of plant stress or disease Basic math skills for measuring nutrients or adjusting watering schedules accurately Physical ability to perform outdoor work involving standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy items, and working in various weather conditions This role is paid and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture and cannabis cultivation while contributing to a thriving industry.
