Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to high school students in various settings, including 1:1 instruction, small groups, and general classroom Assist students with classroom tasks, assignments, and participation Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement academic and behavioral strategies Encourage student engagement and independence Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and activities Adhere to school policies and uphold a safe, supportive educational environment
