In this plant-touching hands-on role, you will be joining the team responsible for plant care maintenance such as defoliation and harvest. We will provide all necessary tools and training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), for plant care best practices. This position offers a great opportunity to work directly with cannabis and learn industry specific skills that will last a whole career. Responsibilities Defoliation Bucking Harvest Pruning Pest Scouting Identify plant health Following detailed SOPs consistently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Physical ability for heavy lifting, multiple flights of stairs, hot and humid environments, and physical labor Compensation $18-$20/hr Employee samples provided industry discounts available PTO accrual Please provide a resume when replying.
