We're looking for an experienced Irrigation manager who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and has the knowledge and ability to diagnose, install, repair, and complete irrigation work independently. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining residential and commercial sprinkler systems, including but not limited to manifold and back flow installs, repairs, designing systems, activations, and repairs. We are looking for someone to not only care for our current clients at the standard they expect but also help grow and develop the department. Expectations Schedule and run a daily route of residential and commercial sprinkler repair appointments Diagnose sprinkler system problems and determine the best repair solution Complete electrical diagnostics, controller troubleshooting, wiring repairs, and valve troubleshooting Repair and replace valves, solenoids, sprinkler heads, nozzles, lateral lines, mainlines, PVC pipe, and poly pipe Complete backflow replacements and installations when needed Communicate professionally with customers about findings, repairs, and next steps Keep detailed and accurate notes for each repair appointment Document labor, materials, repair details, photos, and customer concerns as needed Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for daily work Complete fall sprinkler blowouts during the blowout season Follow company systems, safety standards, and customer service expectations Work independently while still being part of a team Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sprinkler repair experience required, prefer 5 years Strong knowledge of residential and commercial sprinkler systems Ability to diagnose and complete sprinkler repairs without direct supervision Experience with electrical diagnostics, controllers, wiring, valves, PVC, poly, heads, nozzles, and general irrigation repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to keep clear and accurate job notes Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to drive a truck with a trailer Ability to use a phone or tablet for scheduling, notes, photos, and job documentation Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced seasonal environment Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
