Company Description Great Lakes Ag-Research Service, Inc. is an agricultural research organization focused on supporting crop production, farm operations, and related services in the Great Lakes region. Team members contribute to hands-on fieldwork and operational support that help drive data-based decisions in agriculture. The organization values safety, reliability, and consistent quality in all farm and warehouse activities. Role Description This Part Time Farm Technician role is an on-site position located in Delavan, WI. The Farm Technician will assist the Principal Investigator in collecting data and harvesting trials. This is a part-time position that may include variable hours based on seasonal farm needs. Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions. Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety procedures and company policies. Basic computer skills preferred, but not mandatory Previous experience in farm operations preferred, but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant training will be provided
