We require seasonal workers for harvesting various crops like corn, wheat, beans, soybeans, potatoes, green beans, sweet potatoes, and corn silage. Our busiest periods are from March to October. Duties include preparing fields for planting, attaching and maintaining farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters, engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, and harvesting activities, guiding products on conveyors, loading and unloading crops or materials manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers, operating equipment to harvest crops, driving farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, conducting routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, cleaning work areas and maintaining grounds and landscaping, loading agricultural products into trucks and driving trucks to market or storage facilities, maintaining inventory and ordering materials, participating in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, repairing farm buildings, maintaining fences, and other structures, consulting with managers, cleaning equipment or facilities, examining and inspecting containers, materials, or products to ensure quality, labeling containers, recording product, packaging, and order information, transporting packages to customers' vehicles, inspecting cargo to ensure proper loading or securing, ensuring work meets standards, loading materials into equipment for processing, moving materials, equipment, or supplies, removing debris or damaged materials, sorting materials or objects for processing or transport, and ensuring materials comply with specifications. We also need farm truck drivers, equipment operators, graders, and sorters for planting and harvesting. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
