Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand for our crop farm. Must be able to work independently and be self sufficient. As a Farm Hand you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm operations. Pressure washing equipment, repairing equipment and vehicles, driving equipment, hauling loads, etc.

Duties:

• Be able to handle pickup truck with a loaded seed tender or trailer.
• Operate heavy equipment, such as tractors and loaders, to perform tasks such as tilling soil, planting crops, and moving materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, equipment, and tools.
• Perform basic equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Experience:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
• Familiarity with maintaining farm buildings, equipment, and tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for various farming tasks is required.
• Basic knowledge of equipment repair is preferred.
• CDL is a plus and bonus but not required.
• clean driving record is a plus.
