We are in need of seasonal workers to assist with the crucial tasks of harvesting corn, barley, and soybeans. As our operation becomes significantly busier during the growing season, the demand for manpower increases accordingly. Job responsibilities will encompass a range of essential activities, including preparing fields for planting, meticulously attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools, skillfully operating tractors, seed drills, and manure spreaders, as well as managing various other farm equipment. Additionally, workers will be tasked with the vital duties of loading and unloading crops and proficiently operating equipment to harvest crops. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
