This role involves managing daily farming activities, focusing on crop production and livestock care while utilizing innovative farming technologies. You'll be instrumental in producing high-quality organic products, adhering to eco-friendly methods, and enhancing our farm's sustainability. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops Care for and manage livestock, including feeding and health maintenance Implement sustainable farming practices Record keeping of farming activities and production Coordinate with management on crop planning and farm resources Inspect crops and livestock to determine health and quality issues Knowledge of organic farming methods Ability to operate farm machinery Livestock handling skills Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Capable of performing physically demanding tasks Understanding of farm safety and biosecurity measures Certified Organic Farmer (desired) First Aid Certificate (recommended)
