We are seeking a reliable and dependable Young Stock Caretaker to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our young cow pens. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept in excellent condition, providing a suitable environment for our dairy animals and supporting the organization's daily operations.

Duties :

Cleaning of pens with skid steer Bedding animal barns with skid steer Calm Animal handling General maintenance of Farm Equipment on site General facility upkeep Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Support with minor repairs or assisting with maintenance task

Qualifications:

Previous experience in animal handling / skid steer work helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time Reliable with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately This position offers an excellent opportunity and could turn into full-time position down the road with full benefits. Starting pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and reliable.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
