Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic FARMER to join our small dairy, beef and crop farm located in north central WI. We offer a competitive salary with housing and time off. Duties Oversee daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and crop management using agricultural machinery such as tractors and implements Care for livestock by milking, feeding, watering, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring animal health with animal husbandry techniques Operate heavy equipment safely, including f, tractors, implements, power tools, and other machines that support farm operations Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance Manage livestock handling procedures with a focus on safety standards in production and animal welfare Assist with manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy loads, moving supplies, and setting up farm infrastructure Implement safety protocols during all farming activities to maintain a secure working environment Requirements Reliable and hard work ethic Experience on farm setting with hands-on knowledge of farming practices or a strong desire to learn Proficiency in operating agricultural tractors, heavy machinery, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools or desire to learn Strong animal care skills with experience in livestock management and animal husbandry techniques or strong desire to learn Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance of farm machinery, welding skills, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) experience or aptitude and desire to learn Knowledge of agronomy systems, growing techniques or desire to learn Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping related to crop yields or livestock data Familiarity with safety standards in agriculture production environments Join us if you're passionate about farming!
