Braun Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manure application team. If you have equipment experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Operate and maintain manure transfer and application equipment at various farm locations. Ensure manure is applied accurately and safely according to nutrient management plans. Monitor and calibrate application equipment for optimal performance. Maintain accurate application and operational records. Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor mechanical repairs. Assist with routine farm and equipment maintenance projects. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies. Represent R. Braun Inc. professionally while working with customers and team members. Support other operations as needed. What We're Looking For Experience operating agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude. Agricultural background is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Why Join R.
