This job position will be working in our shop with the head maintenance person. They will be responsible for training and overseeing your work. There is room to grow with our farm and the pay will reflect your skills and abilities. The schedule for this job varies: Monday-Friday 8-12 hours/day Every other weekend (during the winter, some days might be on-call) During the busy season the hours can be longer

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery: tractors, skid loader, and an end loader Daily maintenance on machinery: greasing and cleaning Repairs on machinery: tire changes, oil changes, and general repairs Other farm tasks depending on the seasons Work experience: Preferred (but not required): farm experience, operating and maintenance on machinery. We will train you on the job for other specific things.

Education and Other Requirements:
